They are not consumer grade or builder grade. The installation and maintenance instructions are thorough and helpful. I bought this for our guest bathroom and wish I had done the same for our master bath... These are solid and hold up well. For a solid installation you may want to use Toggler snap toggles (my favorite) or alligator toggles so they dont rip out of the wall. |
