This review is from: Makita A-90532 12-Inch 60-Teeth Dry Ferrous Metal Cutting Saw Blade with 1-Inch Arbor (Tools & Home Improvement)
This blade works great. It cuts straight and clean with no burs left on your work. Cuts way faster than abrasive blades, and without the dust or sparks. But one of the best features is that the blade wont heat up the metal, you can touch the cut rite after cutting, it stays cold. It also doesn't get smaller with every use like abrasive blades do. Just remember, only cut MILD STEEL, or other soft metals, NOT stainless steel, spring steel, or hardened steel. If you do, it will ruin it very fast. But as long as you are careful with it you will love it.

I use this blake in my Makita chop saw. In my farm shop it gets used a lot, the last one lasted 3 years. This carbide blade is a lot cheaper in the long run, it saws faster and it doesn't put dust in the air like the old abrasive disks. The only caution is make sure the work is secured in the saw vice, these blades are "grabby".

Great Blade for cutting ferrous metal and especially aluminum using a chop saw, no burs, allot faster then using the traditional band saw. Highly recommended as a time saver.

What can I say - this showerhead is amazing. Until purchasing this one, I purchased showerhead after showerhead only to be disappointed in the quality and flow. Now that I have this one, I am finally happy. It was definitely worth the money.
It is fairly heavy-duty as another review mentioned. I really like the fact the adjustment handle on the side of the showerhead is easy to move even with the water on. I highly recommend this showerhead!

I installed the Speakman Anystream Icon 8-Jet shower head this morning. Warning- removing the flow restrictor did prove more difficult than Speakman's website will have you believe. In the new design, you cannot remove the collar without a special tool.
Here's how to do it, you will need only needle nose pliers and a small-tipped yet sturdy flat head screwdriver. 1) Look into the neck- you will see white plastic with 4-prongs holding in a black o-ring. 2) You need to make sure you don't push the assembly into the housing of the shower head so be sure to proceed with caution. Keep the neck/ball at an angle to make it harder for debris to fall downward (possibly clogging a jet). 3) Using needle nose pliers, grab each prong forcefully while pulling OUTWARD toward yourself. Pull out ALL four prongs (they will break off, that's OK), if you're lucky the whole assembly could fall into your lap. I was not lucky but an edge of the white plastic restrictor lifted... Read more

This review is from: Stiebel Eltron CKT20E 240-Volt 2000-Watts Wall Mounted Electric Fan Heater with 60 Minute Timer (Tools & Home Improvement)
I bought this and installed it the same day I received it, it was packed very well to avoid shipping damage. When installed this heater brought Our #1 bathroom/laundry/storage room up to date with its European Design. Since this room is the one shared with guests We wanted it to have a current look. We couldn't have asked for anything more, good looks and mounting it was a breeze, did I mention it really heats the room thats 10'X12' and has 2 exterior walls. I'm more than satisfied with the CKT20E heater and may buy another 3 for use in Our small house We are planning to build this fall in the hills in eastern Ohio as a auxiliary heat source to heat the home when We are away for extended times. We are definetly buying 2 for Our home in Florida as the back-up heat to the heat pump. I do wish they cost less, but the ease of installation and efficiency of operation more than justify the cost. I will follow up with additional post later in the year (2012). Yunz stay tuned. Comment on... Read more
