Amazon.com Product Description

Improve your distance while strengthening your golf-specific muscles with the Rick Smith Swing Accelerator iron from SKLZ. Unlike most weighted training clubs, the Swing Accelerator actually refines your feel rather than acting like a heavy block in your hands. Each time you swing, the club's internal weighting system ingrains the correct swing path into your muscle memory, helping you hit longer, straighter shots while boosting your flexibility. Even better, the club isn't just for warming up, with the true club balance and weighting you need to physically hit the ball off a fairway.

The club's internal weighting system helps refine your feel and boost your distance.
The Swing Accelerator works by harnessing the power of centrifugal force during your swing, which helps strengthen your arm, shoulder, and core muscles. The club also gives audible cues on out-of-rhythm swings, so you can start to learn from your mistakes. And aspiring golfers will love the patented see-through grip graphics, which indicate the ideal hand placement. The Swing Accelerator is the perfect tool for warming up or staying in shape during the off-season.

The weighted Swing Accelerator ingrains the correct swing path into your muscle memory.

This review is from: SKLZ Swing Accelerator Iron Training Aid (Sports)
The product arrived very quickly and well packaged. I like the club and the internal weighting, I just wish that more information or drills for its use were included. The instruction booklet is about thee-inches square and only a few pages. I found no reference to web sites where more could be seen.

Overall, it was a good investment and I take it to the range to hit balls regularly.
