The reason I gave this product 3 stars was because they could have been more descriptive in how much product you actually got. I got more box and packaging than anything else. This product is STRICTLY for those who want to TEST Escada. Not spend money on what they think will be a mini bottle. The perfumes sell pretty similar although some are better smelling than others. The bottles were much smaller than expected. There is no description of how many ounces they are so I expected something bigger. They are very small. There are some Escada perfumes I really like - IBIZA HIPPIE, UN ÉTÉ EN PROVENCE (sadly, no longer on the market) - but because they tend to be on the pricey side, I thought buying a gift set is a good way to sample other scents without spending a ton of money. Well, this turned out to be very disappointing, I sampled the different scents over several days and have to say that either I got a bad batch or they really are very much alike and/or not very pleasant smelling. The scents were, for lack of better terms, either soapy or artificial/chemical. I gave away four of the miniature bottles to friends' younger daughters and kept one for myself (only because the bottles average $6 each and I didn't want the purchase to be a complete waste). |
